I have a 92 7.3, and since I steam cleaned the engine, I've been leaking coolant from the passenger side of the block. It is coming from behind the exhaust manifold, and even with a mirror, I can not see if it's coming from the head gasket, or if there is a Freeze/compression plug behind there. It does not do this all the time, but if it sits for any length of time after running you will notice a small puddle. The truck runs great, and it takes about two weeks before I need to add coolant and then it's about a 1/4 gallon. So before I take off the starter and manifold so I can see better, Any ideas?

The block heater is on the passenger side behind the starter. I would check that. Also, on our 92, the heater hose was leaking at the barb on the passenger head. It would run down the passenger side of the head/block/manifold and drip by the starter.
