Hi, I have a 1988 7.3 idi and want to order a few things from your website but need to make sure everything will work on my year motor... What to order the premium return line kit but I'm reading it's for the 94'-97's? Will this kit also fit my 1988? Next I see a 3g alternator...what is the advantage to this alternator and which would fit my year. Thanks, Craig

They updated the return line barbed fittings in 92 but they will work for an 88 7.3. Advantage of the 3G is it removes a lot of wiring cleaning up the fender area, provides better battery charging and load support, and it is easier to find replacements. It also provides higher amperage for useing winches, amps, other large draw items.
