Yea you could get em a lot cheaper, only thing you would have to do is drill out the stud hole to 3/8

Yes that gives you more air but its all hot if your going to go with a open element system then you need to locate it somewere cooler, i prefer hypermax cowl induction or a home maid ram air, i have ram-air and i love it if i unhook my tube my smoke get blacker and thicker and i loose over 10 mph pulling the mountain

On the other hand if You buy that one, make sure You connect the mass air flow sensor or the pcm will start trowing codes
