Seabee has been detained,
reevaluated and found not fit for duty.
my daily boat is done.
busted the bow eye out of the front.
had a major leak somewhere I cannot find
stress cracks on the hull BAD
deemed UNSAFE. and my new build has taken a back burner to the powerstroke.
I need steering.

I thought your post above meant your boat had many issues ?

I love all noses!

and now..... the rest of the story.

not anytime soon or anything, but this project just took a life changing turn.

yesterday, I made a deal with my local auto recycler, for 2 huge ass shelving systems. perfect!
got these two for the frame and transmission off the 96 F350 2wd DRW truck that I was no longer using.
trying to clean up the yard,

in the process of getting rid of the frame, I pulled the 460 for my boat project.
pulled the engine out of the SD frame so that I can swap parts. for the superduty engine build.

took the cab of the 96 F350, and put it on the SD frame.
the front cab bolts pretty much line up with a little elbow grease.
I need to do a separate cross member for the rear cab mounts.

after Christmas fiasco, I will be cutting the bronco back half off of the existing build, and installing it on the crew cab that's sitting on the SD frame.
less roof work, less floor work, and all around a more solid build.
better suspension, 4" lift.

I tried to sell it, but no takers.

so now it will get worked on and a bull nose front end!!!
