Bypassing the starter switch on column

Look behind the fuse box at left bottom dash inside. Some may burn wires/connectors at fuse box. Unseen until 2 screws holding fuse box are removed. Rear of fuse box may be melted at 2 yellow power wires.
Happened on 2 of mine, 85 & 86s
