Yeah, you got this. Basically, all introduction threads start exactly like yours. I went through it and everyone else who bought their first IDI Ford diesel went through it too. It's kinda like your "initiation" into diesel engines. If you are familiar with gas engines you know that essentially you just need fuel, fire, and compression. With a diesel it's just fuel and compression. So the long and short of it is: your truck is sucking air like a dead fish. When you figure out where it's sucking air, don't waste your time spinning it over to crank it up. Have your wife or a buddy pull you around in 3rd gear until it fires. You'll thank me later for that jewel.
