The one mechanic as said thinks they leak all the time and the that brakes suck.

Well if the mechanic drove one that was "always leaking"... Yeah lol

Yeah that was vague, it gives you a bit of resistance when trying to do delicate steering and braking at the same time, like backing up into a parking spot.
