edit: my truck is an e99 drw with 3.73 gears and a manual zf6. just to be clear, this turbo is best suited for an auto trans imo. i never saw over 1200* egts, not even on a 96* ambient temp day, while pulling my toyhauler. i try not to travel on those hot days but un avoidable sometimes. this turbo shines at 1800 rpm and up. when i was towing on the innertate at 73 mph, this turbo provided instant response but i never let it go beyond 30 psi gauge pressure with an occasional spike to 35 psi before i got the cruise shut off. if the majority of your towing is spent at 1800 rpm and up then this turbo will shine for you. the majority of my towing is on hwys at 65 mph and under so 1500 rpm to 1800 rpm in 6th gear. with 3.73 gears it only makes 10 psi at 1800 rpm and then lights quickly above that rpm. i swapped it out with a sxe 363/68-.91 exh as i was impressed with the sxe line up of turbo's and my manual dumps all boost on shifts. ideal for a truck with 4.10 gears as your always in that rpm range even at 65 mph. not a good choice for any truck with 3.55 gears no matter the size of the injectors. i am basing these statements on towing a fifthwheel toyhauler weighing 10,500 lbs loaded and standing 12'2" tall at 34' long. hope this info helps in making a decision. 402 ...641 ,,,4625
