Block Heatet Plug

I just got this 2002 F 350 in may and i cant find the end of the block heater plug... pretty dumb huh but it must be tucked away somewhere on drivers side i think. I found wherw it plugs into the block but disappeared once i got up towards the bumber. Since i got it in san Deigo ca i dont think it was ever used.

It is behind the tow hook on the passengers side. It is there look behind the bumber.
