Notice that price is dealer cost. Add the dealers OH & Profit to that price and bet the price would be 4500 - 5000. Also that engine on eBay probably doesn't have a warranty any longer.

You can get a sleeved Gold engine from DAS lower than the Motorcraft dealer cost.

Even if you could get it for 2K it would be a great deal.

I just purchased a 7.3 out of a 91 Van with only 33K on a rebuild. IT came woth a tranny for $500.00. I really didn't need it but it was too good of a deal to pass up!

No doubt 2K would be a good deal for someone needing a engine right now. Now 500 for a fairly fresh rebuilt is a pretty damn good deal too! I need one like that.

Alright guys Taxes went good but the price is too high for me seeing as I don't need it right now and fully expect my motor to last me another 100k if it blows up I'll be kicking my self but right now I have other things the tax money will go to
