You get this when following a link from the forum email? I tried on an iPhone with Firefox as default browser and it works..
I confirmed the email link first starts out as an “insecure http” link but then redirects into a “secure https” link.
It’s just annoying modern internet stuff that will hopefully get fixed if you update your phone or web browser app I don’t know. The “s” in https stands for “secure” and it is very useful but regular old http still exists - yet will always throw an “this is insecure!” Alert.
Sort of like our IDIs existing alongside modern diesel engines - except we all like IDIs and http is just dumb…
You should just be able to “proceed to site” and the web browser should fix it and make it the https secure version. Or you can add the “s” yourself. Or you can just “live dangerously”. If it’s the oil burners forum I wouldn’t worry. But if you’re inputting your credit card information or personal information I definitely recommend using https websites.
