Any one use a davco sight glass o-ring for the turbo hat to intake seal?

So the gasket you guys are talking about would fix my problem also? Don't mean to hijack or anything just asking ?'s very interested in the rubber gasket :)
Sorry for the delay, just read your thread and yes we are talking about the very same gasket with the exception of that I was asking if any one has repurposed a o-ring from a fuel/water separator on a over the road truck.

I don't know if you ran into the same thing, but no one carries a rubber air cleaner gasket here so my only over the counter sources so to speak would be the local International shop/Brattain or the Internet. Hence why I'm looking at these O-rings that just get tossed. Haven't really felt motivated all week and especially don't feel like fighting the intake hat today so I don't know if they will handle boost and to what pressure. If you want one I can send you one to try, also have a used correct gasket as a spare if your really in need for $0.

Leeland thanks,i hav found a gasket just need the spare time To install,only drive the truck about ten miles twice a week right now..may even hit up a local truck shop and see if they have said rubber gasket also!
