Did you hear/read something about a recall? I checked my VIN on the Ford.com website and no recalls were indicated.

I did (I swear it was here) see one way back perhaps it was on fte site???

Are you thinking of the cruise control cancel switch located on the master cylinder? They would short out and start on fire. Ford's fix was a jumper harness with a fuse.

That looks like the jumper harness they used for the cruise switch recall.

Cruise recall hunting time, my buddy just bought an obs gasser clone of mine, I was recalling the tsb to him...

I'll say it again. The Ford site is CRAP, regarding TSBs on our trucks.
3!...3 "Field action items" are listed, in the TSBs, for the '94 IDIT.
We KNOW that ain't right!

Ok I looked on alldata at all TSB’s and recalls available for my truck. There’s too many to count. The only one listed regarding ABS is an update to the service manual about incorrect listing of component locations. Here’s the list.
