Hey the grey one looks just like mine, those flex fuel systems can be a ***** to trouble shoot, and in 05 " I think" they took out the port to check fuel pressure. Had my machinest make a custom one for me. What wrong with them?
I'm surprised your mechanics didn't walk out on you. those things are no fun to work on. "intertwined" is our catchword of the day.

say what you want about a taurus, but our '96 has been the one of the best cars we have had. 260k miles on it, rebuilt the tranny at 160k, other than that have had no major issues, just minor bs. 0-60 time is still right around the times when it was new

they all have timing cover leaks? I fixed a bunch when I was doing that...

not all of them...maybe a majority of them, but not this one. 260k miles, never had the timing cover off, hasnt dripped a drip of oil. my mom went 6k past oil change, i drained the oil and you could still see thru it! not even black or brown, and it was full on the dipstick also.
