Here is a simple cheap mod that will turn your low beams on with your high beams on 03 and newer GM trucks.
Here are the pictures. The diode is covered in heat shrink. It is a 1N4001 and can be picked up just about anywhere. I am not sure off hand which relay is high and which is low so I can't remember for sure which way the band on the diode is facing. One way both will be on with the high beams and the other both will be on with the low beams. So if it is not right, just reverse locations of the relays. It is very important to hook the diode up to the proper terminal on the relay. My pictures show the pulled out straight and layed on their side. It should be easy to see where they are supposed to be. If you have any quesations, ask away.
