Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why my heat won't come out strong. For example, I turn the fan speed to high and it will sound like its going to come out strong but its nothing more than a slight breeze, though it is hot. The same happens in the summer with the A/C. It only occurs SOMETIMES, seemingly at random. I've had all the actuator doors replaced and their motors. I've been assured that the blower motor and evaporator and everything works great in there. It only happens sometimes, but it is very annoying when it does as I spend time in WI in the winter and the desert of California in the summer. Any ideas? I can't seem to find any reason for this occuring.

I drive a 2011 F-350 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel. Thanks for any help you have.

check the inside of the HVAC box to see if the "flapper door" is operating. If not, try to remove the fan and motor to determine if you have something inside , that blocking the flow of air. I had paper and and other debris in the fan housing and once removed it increased the flow of air. Good luck
