It's alright....

I have found a couple of sources that say it was available as an optopn myself....

Actually - I can insure the 1 ton for half of a 3/4 or 1/2 ton. My insurance for full coverage on this one is about $150 for 6 months and the '86 F250 with PL/PD was that amount & more...

It will make a really nice truck - No matter what it is anyways.... I couldn't pass it up.... Just wish it had the 40/20/40 instead of the buckets...

I had a guy tell me yesterday - I'm not talking to you - You got too good of a deal on that truck - Unless you wanna make a $100 bucks....

I said - Not on your Nellie.... Or something like that.... It "MAY" have been a little more colorful than that though....

I wouldn't sell it and make $2000.00.... It's far too nice....

I was gonna try and get a couple of more pics. today but, it's snowing hard here this morning and school is delayed. Might make some good pics. in the snow though too.

I had a guy guess that I paid $7,000.00 plus for this truck.... Not Even "CLOSE"....

Drool, Drool, Drool....

It is pretty nice.... I will see about getting some more taken yet today. We have about 2 1/2 inches on the ground and it's still coming down pretty hard yet.

I don't know yet if The Hoss' and Glen's will make it to the wing ding in Angola. There is an NQS (National Quarter Scale) pull in Columbus, OH that weekend. Glen is thinkin' about taking his alcohol tractor down there to pull and if he goes - Then I will be going to help and probably taking my tractor for a tow tractor too.... We might not go to Columbus though and if we don't we should be at the party then....

The new arrival....

I don't know if we can make it south or not this year.... I guess we'll have see what summer brings...

The doors were new and the pass. door got over extended and wrinkled it up and the fender. It has newer exhaust on it and it is kinda small....

It is getting the muffler cut and I am hoping for a hair dryer and a bigger exhaust to come with it too....

It actually still has the factory centers on it the rear has the "ford oval" on it on the left and the replacement for the right rear should be here today or tomorrow. I ordered those before I ever picked up the truck.... And it does have the factory alloy's yet amd brand new 285's too....

I do think it was a really great find.... Still wish for the 40/20/40 instead of the buckets though... I found a perfect Grey 40/20/40 but, it's in Canadia and it will be $650.00 delivered... Ouch... I think I can live with the buckets and get the turbonic device instead and I also need to get my plow for this... It is "NOT" going to be a conventional plow on it. Atleast a uni-mount plow for this one.....

Thanks Guys....

Thanks Mel and all for the replies....

Sent ya a PM oiler....

Did a little TLC to it this afternoon. Lube, Oil, & Filter.... Fuel Filter, fixed a couple of lights, working on a sticky door handle on the pass. side outside, and looked it all over while it was up on the hoist.... R&R'ed a tach sensor too.... Everything looks really good....

beautiful truck, but is the frame bent? the bed and the cab don't seem to line up? Or is this common?

Again, beautiful truck!

Nope - It is setting in a twist in the pictures and the the left rear cab mount is squished out too. The frame is not bent though.... Thank Goodness sake...

Few more pics....

With the cab mount bushing repaired, the bug deflector and vent shades added after xmas, and the right rear center cap installed....

Cab visor to come soon and stainless nerf bars to come this week or next...

Had my hand crooked in the last picture. 'Cause it is sitting straight now.

BTW - I had thought this one was the same color as the '97 PSD when I bought it..... It is not - went to get the paint for the visor in the '97 PSD Torredor Red and it didn't match without checking the paint code. This one is "Wild Strawberry Metallic"..... Had to get another qt. of paint....
