i have a spare new radiator for my 97 superduty. It’s a 460 gas truck but was curious if it would bolt into my 92 F350 idi?

Iirc, they mount in different.
My 94 PSD uses the IDI style radiator.
95 they went to a different design. Utilizes the degas bottle. It's a capless system.
Can't say for the BBF, I would imagine it's different.
Did you compare the 2?

A gasser one, no. They are more like the short, wide radiator similar to the older trucks you hear about....

If it was an 97 7.3 PSD, it should be the same size and shape, but by 97 Ford had eliminated the radiator cap and moved to the degas bottle setup. This all can be switched over to the IDI. @no mufflers is currently using this setup in his Bricknose.......

Ok I’ll go take a physical look because I know the superduty still has the cap and bottle no degas. If it looks similar I’ll report back what I find

I would be concerned about the bbf rad not being sufficient for the idi, the one in our 96 is much smaller than an idi rad
