You are dealing with Ford you know, where is the recall for the piece of **** firewall fix, ignition switchs, etc.?

The local Ford dealer changed mine out today (per the December 2007 recall), took about 30 minutes. I'm getting ready for a cross country trip to Phoenix next week and didn't want to take any chances. I hadn't received my recall letter, but they looked up my VIN and took care of me. I also bought a spare while I was there, cost was $29.00.

I think there's a 10-year time limit on what they're obligated to fix. I'm not real sure on that. I ran an OASIS the other day on a '95 car, and got a message saying it was outside of a 10-year limit. Just a possibility.

oasis reports were not around in 95, i believe, im not sure when they started doing oasis, but its only been rescently that they have had it, thats why it didnt work

the 97 to 03 thing confuses me to?

It was for the cam position sensor. I just got mine done today. When I first bought the truck, I had it quit on me in some hick town. The local dealer charged me $440 for a 10 minute repair and a $29 part. Man was I mad when I discovered how easy they were to change out. I have started the process of getting reimbursed for the repair bill from 3 years ago plus I have a new cps! Your 200 psd will need the fix...go to the dealer and they'll figure it out from your vin

I guess they decided they could afford to replace them when the price dropped so dramatically. Explain to me how my brakes will work worth a darn when the engine stops spinning. If hydroboost is anything like vacuum boost was, your ship turns into a 10,000 ton freight train.
