The GVW of the truck is 11,300. Ford can't add to well .Front axle is 5000 and rear is 8300 which equals 13,300 NOT 11,300. It was a Former Oil Delivery truck that had a 500gal tank. So they added leafs to the springs front and rear. 15 leafs in thew main pack and 4 overload springs. the front they have 3 leafs

Probably because it was a good deal, its hard to come by these trucks with low mileage at a realistic price.
