I was driving to work this afternoon, and came up to the big hill about 3/4 of a mile before I get to work.
Truck was in 3rd, my foot laid down and the engine was creeping up to 3200rpm's (40-43 mph). It was running great! As I came over the hill, I cut the fuel and hit the clutch at the same time, and the engine quit.
While rolling down the hill with the clutch still in, I turned the key back, then forward, waited for the glow plug light to go off and tried to start it back up. No go. Thankfully, the truck rolled right into the work parking lot!
Things to note:
Oil is clean.
The engine was up to temperature.
I was running the truck on the back tank, and burned up about half of it in the last 3-5 days. So I don't believe it’s the fuel... I did open the water drain on the fuel bowl, but after some good cranking, it still did not start.
Since I bought the truck this past Dec, it continuously catches itself. Most of the time when I am driving (i.e., the rpms are ~2000) and I hit the clutch, and let off the gas, the rpms dip to ~350-450 and then comes back up to ~700 as soon as it dips. No check engine light.
Any ideas?

! The HPOP, IPR? and one other sensor went up in smoke. I am also having the low pressure oil pump replaced while they are in there.
