My ac clutch is popping in and out of power. I found the pigtail to the high pressure switch to be bad. I'm having a very hard time finding the part. Anyone know the part number or a good aftermarket connector? Don't really want to mess with junkyards..

PS. The connector is so worn that I can't read the part number. Went to ford to find lay motorcr

I literally just had this same issue.
First it was my clutch pigtail. So I wasted the $30 on that at orielly when I could've got it online for $5.
For the high pressure switch, I pulled the pins, cleaned them, and squashed them down a bit.
Spade connector won't really work. 1. Doubt it'd fit. 2. They are round pins.
Or could just do this. https://www.oreillyauto.com/detail/...rness-connector/37235/4517680/1994/ford/f-350

Thats a safety incase the high side gets over 400 psi. You can twist the wires together for now until you can find the connector.

Yeah. It's just a generalized plug. The extra wires were for cars that had helper fans.

I got tired of this game after the second time I went to my HD equipment and truck AC supplier and found a switch with same pressure rating but has a common Deutsch connector on it. The I put a deutsch on the harness. Much wore vibration proof. Made for big rig environment.
