It's like anything else folks... location, location, location!
WA state has always been a glut area for pickups, everyone has the things, they grow on friggen trees there , so used prices are WAY low compared to what city folks end up paying when they go looking for trucks. When I lived up that way over 20 years ago nice 4x4s could be had for $5-800 all day long. I bought a jeep pickup with not a thing wrong with it and fresh tires for about $700
Most parts of Texas are the same way, trucks are everywhere and everyone is trying to sell one so they go cheap, but ironically right next door in Arkansas, these fools think their old crap rusted out clap trap piece of junk trucks are worth pure gold, but they are overpriced on all vehicles here, I buy almost all my vehicles out of state, it's worth the travel.
