Hey eveyone, new to forums so I apologize for any mistakes.
I have a 1974 f350 super cab, it has a gas 390, my goal is to swap a john deere 8820 motor into it. But I'm not sure about what trani to use or how to adapt it to the motor, I'm can do mounts and suspension and all that but just motor to trani, like would manual be better than auto, or do they make any adapter plates?
That model number of the engine I'd use is: 6466AH-02
