Can't decide Inbetween OD GREEN or black.

This is trip #1 to horrible freight.
Trip #2 consisted of more 3" 100grit wheels

I need practice

Been workin all day.
Tired.
Calling it a night

I thought this looked good.

I normally work from the inside out to the edges if I'm thinking right. Seems like I play with the pulls everytime I get the stud gun out then decide what's working. Also I've found it's help full to pull on a stud and then tap the crowns around the dent with a body hammer. Seems to help the pull take set and bring down the crown around it. You probably have tried / do all this, but just throwing it out there in case any of it helps.

Look at it this way. At least you aren't making holes as you go. Looks pretty good.

This is what slave labor em... I mean kids are for. [emoji6]

I poke things on the underside of the body and make holes :rotflmao

No seriously. I attempted to inspect some rust on the rear-most stamped truss under the floor at the back of the cab and got a few handfuls in my face. The straight/horizontal part of the truss is solid, but rotted on both sides where it runs down at and angle to the inside rocker.

...I've stopped poking at things...

this thing has holes all over!
you know for seat mounts, seat belts, a few drainage holes etc.
LOL

with the body being 11 feet long (cowl to rear cab)
i have opted to not take it off the frame.
im gonna clean it as best i can and try using the spray gun i have to spray it with POR15.

i want to get this damn thing done, im tired of not driving it!
but this is the last step before i start the actual "build"

The HF purple gun dos a pretty good job and if it don't come clean, no biggie. I shot POR and bedliner with one.

If you shoot por make sure to use a new paint respirator. It's got Isocyanates in it like other hardened urethane products. Those are nasty you don't want to breathe them.

Yeah a purple scourge would be a great gun for Por. I'd probably plan on throwing it. Also buy two so you can pick the best one. Quality on a 10 dollar gun is rough at best. (I like Harbor freight so don't' get me wrong)

I've shot POR, bedliner, primer and even latex through the one I have. Still ticking. It's not as nice as my devilbiss but hey, It's a $10 gun.
