possibly?
it was at the scrap yard down the street, and was perfect for plating the runners of my boat, and just so happened it will work perfect for the gauges.
still waiting on my gauge set.

my son just came in the room to show me a video on youtube,
saw the fan and yelled..
"WHAT THE VRUCK IS THAT"
halfassedpayingattention...
i scoweled at him "WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY???"""""
he replied "V R U C K"
ITS A VAN TRUCK!!!"

i just died a bit

Are you going to the rally this year? I dunno if I mentioned this, but if you want the rear half of a bronco for the rear of your 6 door, you can swing by my place and cut it out. Floor needs a little work at the very back and I have a new tailgate we can deal on :D Totally forgot about this. I know I'm on the other side of the country, but if you want it, it's here until I get around to gutting the drivetrain and scrap prices go back up.

i appreciate the offer.
but im done modifying this truck. except for the bed.
physically and mentally.
i want to get it painted, and move forward with other projects.
its nice to beable to actually use it as a truck.
and ive carried engines transmissions and other large items in it.

i wont be making it to the east coast rally's for some time.

i do plan on taking a cross country trip in the next few years, but ill be in my 1942 pontiac.
who knows, maybe ill trailer it..lol

about to update this thread this weekend when im 100% again, and i get some time to work on her.
looks like a buddy is coming over tomorrow to put in some work (work = 12 oz curls)

Pardon me, Brian.... but, translation pleez, for the semi-newb, van guy?

We be jammin'?

As in painting the door jams.
Carl said " if you don't jam it the truck is gonna look badass until you open the door"
Or something to that effect. And he's 100% correct
