I have a 93 f250 turbo diesel 5 spd. I bought it about 3 months ago. I just recently had the time to tinker with it. I was gonna try and mess with fuel adjustment as i have with my other 7.3, always improved them. On this particular engine i removed the small cover to access the allen screw. I then jumped the starter solonoid and the internal piece did not rotate at all. Truck runs fine just towed a truck 550 miles to ft collins colorado from Albuquerque NM. My question is should i be concerned about the piece not rotating?
