7.3 IDI, short block disassembled

I've got a 92 7.3 idi block, pistons, crank, cam, front cover, injectors, return line set up; basically everything from heads down. Engine had less than 200k miles. I replaced it with a used 7.3, and when I tore it down, both head gaskets had failed.
Heads, which were crack free are sold. IP and hard lines are sold.

I know the heavy things won't ship. Ideally if anyone is in driving distance, this would be an excellent engine to build.
