Anyone know what year this truck is?

Having some issues , I managed to get it started , takes some time. It will run for about 30 seconds - a minute tops and stalls out. If I press the gas pedal or try to flood it it stalls quicker, like it’s not getting fuel. Seems to be a lot of air coming out of the shader valve on top of filter, I can get a good stream of fuel, but shortly after it’s air again. Cracking injectors makes no difference. It does have the click on the little valve terminal. Also, does anyone know where I can find a good return line kit? Thanks

92-95 pre powerstroke.
If you have too much air, solve for air intrusion.

The problem could be your Facet electric lift pump. They aren't very good quality these days. Some people have had air intrusion issues with them right out of the box.

Feed the inlet to your electric fuel pump from a can of diesel, that will split your problem in half. Problem either before the pump if runs correctly or the pump or after if problem still there.

For the year look at the manufacturer door tag on drivers door post. It’s late 93 or 94 with factory turbo and turbo diesel on fender.

I know the previous owner took the lift pump apart to clean it. Wonder if he messed one of the seals up. I’ll start there

Are you 100% sure that the fuel filter is ok? Always start cheap and easy, right?
It is a new fuel filter. I just swapped the pump, now no start. Cracked 4 injectors, can see fuel coming out of all 4, but nothing. Going to fill up this boat tank now to try it

Previous owner said the problems all started when his girlfriend left the door open and battery died, apparently truck always fired right up beforehand. Not sure what the correlation could be there if any. Did put new battery in

Running off boat tank, no start. However the fuel coming out of shader valve has no air, but also no pressure

A weak battery will cause no-start problems. They must spin at 500 rpms to start. A weak battery will not spin the engine at 500 rpms.

Assuming that it's original equipment and not added to a different truck.

It's possible. That might be a good place to start.

I can't see how that could possible cause a fuel issue. This sounds like either a tall tale or an astounding coincidence.

This sounds like a bad lift pump to me. There should be a stream coming out of the Schrader valve when the e pump is running. I know for a fact that the fuel can hit the #2 injector (the first one on the driver's side) when I depress the Schrader valve on my truck. I'm running a Holley blue.
