7.3 5spd ranger on 44's??

Yeah it definatly would need some upgrades to off road much but a 7.3 in a lightweight ranger would be a fun truck to drive around, probably not very useful but the thought is cool lol

Power notwithstanding, even the WEIGHT of a 7.3 IDI would be too much for the half-ton suspension, not to mention a Ranger frame. And is it just me, or do those blocks look like widowmakers?

Sad but true a good 1/3 of things in Craigslist around here say trade for weed LOL It looks like they might have done some stuff to the frame up front, the whole idea is neat has been but poorly excitcuted . it maybe drive around town and look fun but any off road and it'd probably fall apart lol

I knew a guy who used to talk about putting a first gen PSD in his Ranger. I just told him that it would be ok until the first time he hammered on it. Then his frame would have a permanent twist!
