My 6.9 i am driving back to VA stopped when I pulled off the highway after stuttering for about 100 miles. Will not start again, fuel is treated but so cold it might still be gelling up. Brand new batteries can barely turn it over in this temperature. Not sure if it froze up the fuel pump but the filter is full
