Are you sure that black wire you're using I. The prior pic is a ground wire? It's best to use a chassis ground. Lots of bolts under the dash on these old trucks

Test for the power getting to the t/s switch when you press the brake pedal. You already know you're getting power to the taillights because the turn signals work. If you are getting power to the switch from the brake pedal then the t/s switch isn't transferring the power internally.

Ok not the turn signal switch. Just bought a new one from napa and still no brake or hazard lights. Have power to the switch but losing it somewhere between switch and lights. Atleast that's what I think. The hazard pull switch ( red/white ) wire only has power when I turn on the hazards. No power to it when off.

Napa only Carrie's 5 terminal replacement relays. Mine is 4. Will this damage anything?
