So got a few questions
86 250 6.9
1st gen banks turbo (squarebox)

I'm replacing my valley pan
Do I need to remove the turbo in order to pull the intake and valley?
I'm aware of the fuel pump.
Can I get away with leaving the turbo in place?
The bolts on the exhaust side are seized and pretty sure one is about to snap so if I don't have to remove it I don't want to. If I can't so be it.

Other than removing your oil drain line, I think you should be able to do that. The special bolt that holds the back of the valley pan down may be tricky depending on how low the turbo sits. The first gen Banks doesn't bolt to the back of the intake manifold so you won't even have to mess with that.
