6.7 EGR and EGRcooler

My 2013 F350 6.7 is giving me egr fault codes states restricted flow. Question is should I do delete kit or replace valve and cooler core.
Have 250 k on it live in a rural area but drive on the high way a lot . Looking for input if it was your truck.

If it's out of warranty and depending on where you live a full delete might help any emissions where you live I'd just replace or clean
