As 79Jasper stated, you need a sensor and a gauge:

You can get a dual gauge that can also receive and display an EGT value (if and when you want to add that), in addition to the fuel pressure.

Isspro also sells sending units and gauges, so does Autometer.

You will need an M12x1.5 to 1/8" NPT fitting and it will install in the fuel pressure test port located on the fuel pressure regulator (on the side of the secondary fuel filter housing/bowl):

I used the "Driven Diesel" extension hose in order for things not to be so cramped. The link below can get you the hose AND the adapter:

Some people have purchased a billet fuel filter cap that has a port on the top for a fuel pressure sending unit. I personally don't like that option.

Your new fuel pressure gauge will need switched power.

You have a spare switched-power wire under the dash, by the steering column IIRC. You also have pass-through wires that go from under the dash, through the fire-wall, and into the engine compartment.

The switched power wire you are looking for:

Under the dash will be a bundle of wires wrapped with a tag labeled "customer access". There will be one single wire sticking out of that bundle about a foot or so up the bundle (yes its pretty far into the dash, and it is a little difficult to strip the wire). The wire that you are looking for is WHITE with a LIGHT BLUE stripe, again, it is the ONLY wire sticking out of the bundle and should have a black rubber tip on it- this wire is 12 volts switched power

Thank you! Eager to start on this thing. Even though I know it will be a headache. Should get heads back tomorrow. Got 8 new injectors already. Shipment of gaskets head bolts, egr, coming tomorrow so should be busy this weekend. Rest of it coming Tuesday. So hopefully By next weekend I will have it running again. You have saved me a lot of research and a few things I missed and I appreciate it.

Iam so lost with the fuel pressure gauge stuff. I Clicked on the links, but I don't know what goes with what. I am looking for cheap as possible fuel sensor with out getting some china junk. Can I get all this at one place?

You said I needed ---7 Bar (100 PSI) Fuel/oil Pressure Sender, 1/8 NPT from auberins
and a ---multimeter from the same place, but there are so many. Do they all work with the sender?
then the M12x1.5 to 1/8" NPT fitting. so that's 3 items.

OR
I can get the hose from driven diesel...

Sorry I cant figure out what goes with what.

Those gauges should all work w/ the sensor/sender. You can all them or email them to confirm.

I use the Driven Diesel hose. I installed the sensor/sendor on the end of the hose.
