All you gotta do is swap in a d60, 4x4 trans+tcase, mod/swap driveshafts. Done.

Don't forget the track bar.

its not quite that easy....if your truck is a 2wd then you are coil spring in the front. you will need to remove the 2wd axle...all the suspension components as well as the coil buckets and pivot brackets from the frame.

I am not sure how the frame is on a 93 (they are different from the 80-91 trucks) but you will either need to fabricate or obtain leaf spring mounts. you will also want to box the pass frame rail in like the factory. its about 30-40 holes that need drilled and about 25 rivets that need to be cut out of the front end to remove all the 2wd bracketry. once all thats done you need to make sure you obtain the track bar bracket and track bar from the D60 donor. these can be purchased aftermarket, however the drivers side spring plate cannot and its a cast piece.

front driveshaft will need to be aquired as well as shortening the rear shaft...

4x4 trans and t-case needs added as well as the 4x4 trans crossmember.

hole cut in the floor for the t-case handle...

im sure there are items im missing as well.

There is a guy on here who is about 1/2 way through such a swap. I believe he has a thread on it somewhere.. I'll see if I can hunt it down..

Whoa....slow down folks....slow down...

First off if 2wd frame, depending on the axle of choice he may have to cut off spring mounts but maybe not..

Lets see first what the OP wants to do and what his budget is.

If he gets I believe an 05 up superduty front diff and radius arms, he can swap in a front diff and have a coil sprung front end. Then get the rear to match so his wheels are all the same Metric 8x170 IIRC.

As for transmission/tcase there are two routes to take.

1 locate a divorced mount transfer case like an early Ford NP205 make a short shaft from current trans to the Tcase and then drive shafts from there to rear and front.

2 locate a complete 4wd trans/tcase combination and subsequent driveshafts.

another option..

Locate a 4wd truck same as yours, with shot body and do a body swap...

Hard to say what to do..lets get some feed back from the OP...skill level budget etc.

Most people asking this type of question want the easiest bolt-in option. If it was a f150 it would be a complete bolt in project. Since it's a f250/350 it's not quite a bolt in operation, but it's doable.

I do not know about the 05 up coil spring option, but I do know that divorced 205 transfer case idea would be a lot of work with custom crossmembers and driveshafts. Not worth it in my opinion.
