2v 5.4 vacuum - tan and white line location needed

Does anyone know where the white/tan vacuum lines on a 2v (2000) 5.4 go after they've joined?

Also, when this truck came in, it had a PCV valve stuck in it, but then a second PCV valve hanging out in the air with 2 more lines going to it, with a blank port on top. I assume all 3 lines should be going in to same PCV valve? I don't even know what's going on here haha

It was routed to the driver side when it belonged on passenger side haha.

Some people should absolutely not be working on vehicles.

Yeah this one was a nice gravy train once I confirmed the plugs were coming out nicely haha.
