200k Cummins with little blow by- rebuild now or later?

Have a 94 12v with 200k, has a little blow by and is about to be pulled to be dropped in its new truck- soon to be 05 fummins 4x4. What would y’all recommended items of to do be, I know the KDP, and will redo the turbo but would you do a over haul and get it over with now or later?

I would focus on getting the swap done - rebuild later. But that's me. I've lost projects entirely because they became too big and dragged on too long. YMMV.

200k on a 12 valve it's just broke in I see 500k first gens all the time with a little blow by and thease are ranch rigs where the truck is falling apart and they idle all day at times

Run it. 200K ain't jack diddley squat for miles. If you feel weird about it pick up another motor and start gathering parts.
