What do I need to zf6 speed swap a 2006 6.0L powerstroke?

What is the expected cost?

Cost? Too much.
Those things aren't cheap. Looking at at least $1000 for a used one.
Add driveshafts, pedal assembly, swap pcm, adapt to the current radiator for cooling or swap all that out.

I already have an after market radiator. I know i would need a different tranny cooler.

Really your easiest option for everything would be finding a truck with a bad engine, and swap everything over.

I have a 4x4 zf6 from a 2001 7.3.

I'm 99.9% certain the 6.0 and 7.3 are a different pattern.
I'll have to double check.
