Was it in there before? Maybe they didn't clean it.
Losing oil level?

It's either residual from before the repair, injector cups, or oil cooler orings.

You know i do remember asking aboyt it and the shop owner disregarded it as probably just a stain on the plastic tank.

Can i just blow it out with a water hose and see if thats it or maybe suck it out with a drill pump ?
And watch my oil level?
No white smoke coming out of tailpipe or water dripping out either.

I think I would flush the whole cooling system.
Ford has some stuff made for it. But some have used dishwashing powder mixed up.
You'll need to do multiple flushes.
Then distilled water and whatever coolant you're going to run.
