Truck has died 5 times today starts right away. Only happens when its wet. This not my truck it belongs to a good friend and customer who is on the road between Biloxi and New Orleans. Already spent $70 at a Chevy dealer who plugged a scan tool in and told him there were no codes and had no clue how to help!

Then could be a chafed wire. Gonna need to search most of the engine harness.

Don't know anything about duramax, but my 2000 superduty used to act up in wet conditions, and no codes were present. Changed cps and it has not died since! Mine would cut out going down the road (loose all power) and start back up on its own after a few seconds! Hope that helps some!
