1994 F350 7.3 IDI turbo - wiring schematic

Hello there,

I just bought a F350 1994 with the IDI turbo engine from a farmer. The truck sat at the farm for the past 5 years. The wiring under the steering seemed to be messed with by someone and it wouldn't start. We put battery in, and there was no power anywhere, ignition on or off. Even the lights wouldn't turn on. Just wonder if anyone has a wiring schematics? Any tips are appreciated.

If the lights won't turn on, may be the fusible link or start relay on the passenger fender, I would start there.
