1994 7.3 F250

Hey guys, I've spent the last several months on the 6.9 IDI forum as I have a 1984 F250 I'm in the process of rebuilding.
Today I ran across a guy I've known for many years. He has a'94 Crew Cab, 8' bed, with manual trans. I think he maybe the original owner.
He also has a 2003 f350 he uses to pull his camper.
Anyhow he maybe going to sell his '94 said he really doesn't need two trucks.
He just had the A/C rebuilt, and is getting a new HPOP installed as we speak.
I have only seen the truck from a distance and it's in really good shape from what I can see. I know this is the first year for the PSD, are there any issues I should be aware of?
I don't know the mileage on the truck as we only briefly spoke about it today for 2 minutes as we were passing in the hallway.
What is a fair ballpark price for this truck?

The valves like to fall out of the original oil cooler/filter base. New, or 97-99+(?) have snap rings.

I sold mine (95 F350 crew PSD 5spd), lifted & locked, for $8k about seven years ago. I'd probably pay as much as $5k today... or buy a gasser for $2k and fummins...
