1994-1996 dash harness interchange questions (4 door power window, rke conversion)

Backround I just got home from deployment, a month prior I purchased a full complete interior from a 96 f360 460 xlt 4dr pw,pl,rke.
I have a few questions regarding the interchange in between dash harnesses
1. Will the 96 460 harness with rke work with my 94 7.3 idi turbo(centurion package) or will a aftermarket solution work.
2. Is there a blatant difference between the gas and diesel harnesses.
3. Can I strip the rke module and harness to my existing 94 harness or is there critical wires missing?

unsure if the RKE is swapable.
i know that the door locks are wired completely different with and without.

i used the entire 96 window harness and spliced it into my truck with RKE and all.
and yes i needed to use the behind the dash harness for the drivers window switch to operate the rear windows.
so basically i just put power to the system and i was able to get it to work.

it took me a minute to get it to jive, but i eventually got it.

I have the dash partially out enough to pull the harness and I have a discrepancy in the wires, I have 4 extra wires that will need to be added or deleted into my original harness and im curious if will just join them with others or leave them alone. (im not the greatest with wiring pardon my ignorance).
Also with the power window conversion is the power mirror addition.
