I'm in absolutely no hurry...my dash appears to be in good shape; I just wanted a spare to keep in storage. I definitely have no problem holding out for one in better condition
and i definitely have no problem giving it to you, rather than selling it to someone on FTE

I know what you mean...my extended-cab has a bordello-red interior. I prefer blue or gray, but I can live with the red...I'll take that over tan any day of the week A board member who will go nameless taught me that you can't have too many spare parts

doing a clutch drop today, i destroyed the rear driveshaft...
luckily i had 3 others in stock. all it n eeded was new U-joints.

I'm not a fan of earth-tone colors to begin with (in case it wasn't obvious, I didn't grow up in the '70's
), and I spent 9 years staring at tan interiors...I absolutely refuse to do it again! 
My first choice for a Ford would be blue or gray (and, for other vehicles, my first choice's actually black), but I'm not completely averse to a red interior. Tan, OTOH...that's an immediate dealbreaker I WILL NOT do that again!Hey, "normal" is boring!!we have to be wacky, to be normal in CA
Back to the subject at hand...since I'm taking that second dash IDIot offered me, if someone can make use of the dash in the original post, they're more than welcome to it. But, if nobody else wants it and it would get thrown out otherwise, since I'm going for spares, I can take them both. Again, that's only if nobody else wants the first dash...I don't want to be greedy

Tim, What had a tan interior that has you so averse to them. I guess for me, the truck I leaned to drive in (83 F-150 Brown & Tan / Tan Interior) had a tan interior, as did the E-150 Customized Van we had, which is why I think the Slantnose is my favorite bodystyle and I really like the Brown & Tan combo with the Victoria Paint Scheme.....

This is what ours looked like, not our truck.....
We've had a few cars with the ***** red in the past....... but that was in the 70's and 80's....... Most have been a more subdued color, but both of my Fords now (the Ex and the P71) both have tan interiors.......
