Most important - keep the trans COOL! Run an ext cooler. Add a temp gauge. You will know when it’s getting hot, and back off till it cools. It owed over 200000 on a Jasper rebuild. Sold it 10 years ago was still hauling hay when I last saw it. I ran 2 cooler in front of the radiator plumbed in parralell for better cooling. It never ran over 190, when pulling with up to 23000 gross.
