01 4x4 dually major lack in power my idi smokes it off the road

Step dad owns this truck I did an intake upgrade e got some more boost but still wants to know what's a good pre made exhaust kit no stacks and maybe a juice attitude programmer He pulls a 5 horse trailer loaded and threw the hills shes a fat heffer no power any one with ideas would help a ton thanks guys it's a 3500 4x4 dually auto

Diamond eye has good kits.
I've heard mbrp is good also.

The 01 is a very tunable truck, just don't use a Edge programmer, I've heard of good success with the attitude and with the bullydog. A Tuner will really wake that truck up, if it hasn't been tuned yet.
