In the F350 is the D60 the same axle (tube length-spring pads-etc) in a dually, with the hubs being
the only difference? That is 4x4 hubs would fit/bolt up to the dually D60?
I've taken an 093 turbo'd engine to a local shop that has a owner that
likes a challenge. He has bent up a crossover pipe w/flanges that fits
nicely.
Thought I'd offer this to anyone while the engine is there. The first was
done in two pieces that that were welded while bolted to the 7.3...
Can this feature be deleted so the transmission is 'in gear' as a 'bolt'
would be. No coast'in thanks, can not get used to the lack of compression
retarding the manuals have always provided.

.......an '86 F350 diesel designated truck and no tach? Instrument cluster
has 'diesel fuel only' but the sensor location only has a plug in it. Wiring
harness is w/tach plug.

'94 factory turbo 7.3 took about 30 seconds glow time w/15 of them cranking. Gray smoke and almost catching.This is at 30 degrees.
My 6.9 would always fire after 7-9 secs. even at 0. Are the 7.3 style plugs different? (They are motorcrafts).
Has anyone done this? It requires (?) a modification of the trans. tailshaft housing to clear the shifting shaft on the 205. I need the ratio (2:1) of the 205 and don't want to go back to the 1345 transfer.
Have discovered the hard way that the 6.9 flywheel is not balanced for the 7.3

using and where do you get them?
The 5119K13 lines are .375 o.d.. Typical spring clamps in the kits for injector
returns are for a larger o.d. hose. With the automotive supplies here, that style
clamp is not popular...
Have a '94 7.3 that had the heads off a while ago and now I want to re-torque
the bolts before it goes in my '86 just to be sure. My IH 6.9 manual shows a
line sequence vs. number sequence for the final two steps to full torque.

Can someone tell me where the identification numbers on my wastegated factory '94 turbo are. I am looking for one new, used or rebuilt.
Shops keep telling me it could be one of two different models. All that is visible on the in service turbo on the compressor is M43 and A/R .70.
Looking at 4 Ford '96 factory alloy wheels with Firestone 235-85-16's at 50%
tread left. Wheels are a little rough with white corrosion around the weights
and one has a outward ding at the bead. All are holding air well.
Any comments on the possible value or condition of wheels like this...
