    High hours DT466e coolant in oil. Diagnosis is a bad liner o-ring. Happened on a very cold day, the morning after using the block heater for the first time in years. Is there any chance that a bad block heater could cause this failure? Just curious. TIA.

    Thanks for the info everyone. I will definitely not be rigging the EBPV as a brake anytime soon!! Are the proper $800 exhaust brake kits with transcommand still harder on the E4OD? And are they hard to install?

    OK I think I am going to rig it up like you are talking about here, but with the Stancor (White Rogers) Relay. Will there be any way the stupid controller can still toast my GP's or will it be completely "bypassed"? Thanks everyone!

    For a manual switch: What are you guys using for a relay? Or just a really big switch with 10 AWG wire the whole way?? And what are you using for a fuse/breaker? Thanks!

    Yeah.. haha.. what I meant was my EBPV is unplugged and non-functional and I don't want to plug it back in. I want it to only work manually. If I just put switched 12v to the colored wire and ground the black wire will it work?
