Intercooler. I'm stumped. Any thoughts?
I've been running the Snow Water/Meth system for about 3 weeks now. I really like it. The truck is a 93 CTD, hybrid HX35/16, POD injectors, timing up, and alot of pump tuning. My head gasket etc is stock and still intact. I also have a Valet mode as well.... Basically with the truck in Valet...- Pastor Bob

The IC would not be the cause of burning out anything that I can see.... The IC simply reduces charge air temperatures and in every case that is a highly desirable effect/goal. Water/Meth injection
For what it's worth, I just installed a Stage 2 waterMeth system in my 93 CTD. I stirred up a mix of 70/30 water/meth and did some test runs on my "normal test hill".
